Summary

Dr Wilson-Jeanselme has over 10 years corporate research experience in Europe where she developed the Preference Performance Gap Model ©. This model calculates the differences between the weighted attribute utility values received from a transaction to the utility values expected from the transaction. The impact of the size of the gap is then examined in relation to future purchasing intentions. The methodological approaches used to calculate each step of this process include qualitative interviews, choice-based conjoint analysis, Lagrange Interpolating Polynomials and competing models strategies in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
